Description

The Sales Performance Improvement Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for analyzing sales performance gaps and providing recommended interventions that maximize sales productivity and effectiveness. This role will partner with sales leaders and reps in several countries across Europe, with a special focus on Italy to start.Responsibilities
  • Partners with and advises sales leaders to drive an increase in key performance indicators at the individual and team level to maximize performance results for the sales organization.
  • Engages and builds effective relationships with all levels of sales leaders for their assigned business as the key liaison and subject matter expert for all ongoing Learning & Development needs.
  • Proactively partners with sales leaders and other sales support functions to seek out and interpret gaps and suggest best practices.
  • Collaborates with an instructional designer to identify innovative solutions and execution plans for various blended learning programs.
  • Keeps current with emerging trends and best practices in the learning and sales enablement space.
  • Analyzes the effectiveness of training and workshops to sales and delivers the appropriate modification, 1:1 coaching, and reinforcement as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Masters' degree or relevant work experience.
  • Requires approx. 5 years of relevant, related sales training experience.
  • Approx. 5 years' experience working in or supporting sales organizations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite as well as experience working in a CRM.
  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Proven track record in performance improvement initiatives.
