Key Responsibilities

The Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Managing business opportunities and customer profiles
  • Engaging with customers through outbound calls and ensuring excellent product knowledge
  • Maintaining and organizing sales documents and product updates
  • Accompanying Area Sales Managers on customer visits to strengthen relationships and add value
  • Ensuring compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, minimum 3 years' experience in inside sales positions, and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience are required. Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
