We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Control Assistant to join our Worldwide Planning and Control Department in our Global HQ in Milan.

Main Activities:

As a Financial Planning and Control Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in financial data collection, automation, and preparation of reports to support business and finance decision-making;
  • Participating in the closing activities, budgeting process, including data gathering, variance analysis, and creating financial forecasts;
  • Contributing to the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Retail & Corporate) to gather financial information and provide support on various investment projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Management;
  • Proficient English and Italian language skills;
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and BI (Microstrategy) is a plus;
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
