The Hoxton in Florence is a new hospitality concept that's set to revolutionize the way you experience the city. Our hotel will feature 161 beautifully designed bedrooms, a large ground floor restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop, and courtyard. We're looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant & Bar Receptionist to join our team in Florence. As a key member of our front of house team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, from check-in to check-out.
  • Handle reservations, billing, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with our restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless service and high standards.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
  • Master the use of our online reservation system and ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a busy front of house role, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online reservation systems.
