HR Business Partner

As an integral member of our Human Resources team, you will contribute significantly to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture where every employee feels valued and empowered.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with colleagues on innovative HR initiatives and address intricate inquiries, all aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist site leaders with various HR-related issues
- Facilitate the rollout of new policies designed to boost employee engagement and improve the workplace environment
- Develop strategic communication plans to aid managers in site briefings and large-scale announcements
- Lead the execution and advancement of HR projects
- Gather and analyze data to inform the development of new HR policies and strategies
You will be stationed at an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, serving as the primary HR representative for the Operations leadership team.
Your role will involve flexible collaboration with various departments to strive towards making Amazon the most desirable employer, from implementing new company-wide programs to supporting employee relations.
No two days will be alike as an HR Business Partner. You will play a crucial role in cultivating a positive environment for your colleagues and assisting in the resolution of complex employee inquiries.
About the Team:The Customer Fulfilment (CF) team is the backbone of Amazon, having evolved from a small group of booksellers to a sophisticated global operation that processes over 1.5 million orders daily.
Our team’s efforts have been pivotal in expanding our reach across new markets and services.
Leveraging cutting-edge technology, we continuously seek ways to enhance our product offerings and ensure prompt and cost-effective delivery.
The CF team is essential in ensuring that customers receive their products swiftly, operating from Fulfilment Centres that are central to Amazon's dynamic operations network.
Our centres are often referred to as the 'First Mile' as they mark the beginning of the journey for most Amazon packages. We manage a dynamic inventory and facilitate rapid deliveries around the clock.
Our Fulfilment Centres employ a diverse range of professionals, providing ample opportunities for various skill sets.
Some team members handle physical products, while others focus on data analysis to support informed decision-making across the organization.
Basic Qualifications:- A degree
- Experience with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English
- Experience in data analysis and report creation for leadership
- Experience in managing and safeguarding confidential HR information
While preferred qualifications are not mandatory for application, candidates with the following will be viewed favorably:
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of basic employment law and HR/payroll practices
- Experience collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
