As a vital member of our Human Resources team, you will contribute significantly to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture where every employee feels valued and empowered.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with colleagues on innovative HR initiatives and tackle intricate inquiries, ultimately enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to site leaders on HR-related issues
  • Assist in the rollout of new policies aimed at boosting employee engagement and improving the work environment
  • Create communication strategies and initiatives to aid managers with site updates and any large-scale announcements
  • Lead the execution and advancement of HR projects
  • Gather and analyze data to inform the development of new HR policies and strategies
A Day in the Life:

You will be stationed in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, serving as the primary HR representative for the Operations leadership at your site.

Your role will involve collaborating flexibly with various departments to contribute to Amazon's mission of being the world's best employer, from implementing new company-wide programs to supporting employee relations.

No two days will be alike as an HR Business Partner. You will play a crucial role in cultivating a positive environment for your associates and assisting in the resolution of complex employee inquiries.

About the Team:

The Customer Fulfilment (CF) team is the backbone of Amazon, having evolved from a small group of booksellers to a sophisticated global operation that processes over 1.5 million orders daily.

This team is essential to our business, enabling us to expand into new markets and services.

Leveraging cutting-edge technology, we continuously seek ways to enhance our product offerings and ensure prompt and cost-effective delivery.

The CF team is integral to ensuring customers receive their products swiftly, operating from Fulfilment Centres that form the core of Amazon's dynamic Operations network.

Our centres are often referred to as the 'First Mile' as they are where most Amazon packages begin their journey. We manage diverse inventories and facilitate rapid deliveries around the clock.

Our Fulfilment Centres employ a wide range of professionals, providing numerous opportunities for various skill sets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A degree
  • Relevant experience with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Experience in data analysis and report creation for leadership
  • Proven experience in handling confidential and sensitive HR information
Preferred Qualifications:
While preferred qualifications are not mandatory for application, candidates with the following will be favored:

  • Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of basic employment law and HR/payroll practices
  • Experience collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
