We are on a fast and ambitious trajectory, serving 90% of the automotive manufacturers. To continue our growth, we are seeking a talented HR Analyst to join our HR Operations team based in our Milan office.

**The Role**

The HR Analyst will support the team in evaluating current HR processes and systems, identifying areas of improvement, and developing and maintaining HR reporting and analytics. Additionally, the HR Analyst will provide general HR operational support, including:

  • Collecting employee data and compiling reports and data analysis for the HR department and other department leaders.
  • Managing employee data in the HRIS system and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Preparing and analyzing reports to internal stakeholders to identify trends in employee data.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems and designing systems or upgrades to meet these needs.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure HR operations are in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Applying best practices to improve HR operations processes.
  • Monitoring and analyzing changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Supporting the team in developing areas of improvement in HR operations.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and other related activities.
  • Preparing and producing HR metrics, reports, and dashboards.
  • Fixing issues, glitches, and system problems.

**Requirements**

Our ideal HR Analyst will have an academic background in Economics or Business Administration, with an interest in HR-related subjects. Additionally, the candidate should have:

  • An advanced level of English.
  • Native Italian ability.
  • The ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • A good level of Excel.
  • A desire to learn.
  • The ability to work in a team environment.
  • A basic knowledge of Labor Law (an added advantage).

**Work Pattern and Location**

We offer a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working pattern. Our office is based in Milan (Lambrate area), and we provide:
