Job Description:

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people realize their potential, and contributing to a prosperous society.

Our Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for leading HR activities in Italy, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive performance management, talent identification and development, and labour law compliance..

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team in Italy to develop and implement effective talent strategies, including retention, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Ensure that all HR processes and procedures are aligned with best practices and legal requirements, and are kept up-to-date.
  • Work closely with the management team to build effective talent strategies and improve employee engagement.
  • Plan and arrange training according to local needs and in alignment with global and regional Learning & Development strategy.
  • Cover all HR-related administration, including HRIS data accuracy, absence management, and HR Intranet content.
  • HR reporting and controlling: Analyze results of stay and exit interviews, employee engagement, and propose measures for improvement or to mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new starters and administer all Employee Benefit plans.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in human resources, with a strong expertise in compensation and benefits.
  • Solid knowledge of Italian labour and employment law and HR best practices.
  • Confident, articulate, and comfortable managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across various teams and empathize with employees' needs.
