Gauzy Ltd., a world-leading material science company, is seeking an experienced Senior Office Development Manager to lead our architectural business in Europe.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the office design industry. You will work closely with our partner network, existing customers, and internal teams to identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships.

With a strong background in managing large office development projects, you will bring expertise in the commercial partitions industry and a deep understanding of the office design industry. Your experience in the Smart Glass Industry is a plus. If you are a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and produce high-quality results with high ROI, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities include:

  • Be the point of contact for existing customers in Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Benelux, and Scandinavia, including Iceland
  • Work closely together with the partner network in the area, both Retrofit and Glass Processors
  • Follow-up leads and find new opportunities, especially complete LCG (glass) projects
  • Business development and ensuring that all customer orders follow procedure
  • Liaise with European team members, the technical department, project management, and marketing

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing large office development projects in the office design industry
  • BSc or MSc in interior design/architecture or a similar degree
  • Experience in the commercial partitions industry is a plus
  • Some experience in the Smart Glass Industry is an advantage
  • Deep understanding of the office design industry and motivation to acquire new leads in that industry and different industries
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision to produce great results with high ROI
  • Ability to present projects on C-Level and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 per year, depending on your experience. The position is fully remote, and candidates from any location within Europe are welcome to apply. Travel may be required.
