About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Scandinavian sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience in a similar industry
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English language skills and proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian
