**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Team Lead to join our Inside Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Inside Business Developers, ensuring high levels of motivation, performance, and teamwork. Your mission will be to lead the team to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Training and Coaching**: Provide tools and training to team members to improve and refine individual and team performance through coaching, mentorship, and on-the-job training.

• **Activity Management and Performance Monitoring**: Divide activities among team members and constantly monitor their performance through consultation of dashboards and KPI trackers.

• **Sales Activities**: 50% of the time, you'll be personally involved in business development activities, actively contributing to revenue generation and achieving sales targets.

• **Team Management and Career Development**: Manage the development of team members, identifying areas of improvement/strength and building ad-hoc plans for each one for their personal and professional development.

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

• **Team Management**: 2+ years of experience in Sales Team Management roles.

• **Sales B2B**: Strong experience in managing the entire B2B sales cycle, with a proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding goals.

• **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members to reach and exceed their full potential.

• **Analytical Skills**: Data-driven mindset and ability to monitor and use data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and establish effective working relationships, both intra and cross-team.

• **Adaptability**: Goal-oriented mindset and comfortable with dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly changing environments, being able to quickly prioritize between different activities and be a point of reference for the team.
