About the Role

We're seeking a driven and adaptable Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team and help us build and execute strategies that will drive our success.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth
  • Communication: Conduct a high volume of calls and meetings each week to engage with clients and drive business outcomes (30-50 per week)
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
  • Autonomous Execution: Develop and implement strategies independently to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the support, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and achieve company goals
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to help inform product development and improvements
Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in account management, sales, or a related role
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and willingness to build processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • High degree of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
