Senior Manager for NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Senior Manager in the Supply Chain Consulting division at NTT DATA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our operations in Italy. The Supply Chain Consulting team is focused on delivering value to clients by enhancing supply chain processes through improved planning, network optimization, and operational efficiency.
Our Italian practice comprises a successful team of supply chain experts. In this leadership role, you will be tasked with driving further growth. We believe that this growth is achieved through close collaboration with colleagues across the NTT DATA network, partnerships with our planning technology providers, and direct engagement with clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Discover new business opportunities by collaborating with: (1) colleagues from various sectors within NTT DATA, (2) our planning technology partners, and (3) a direct channel of potential and existing clients.
• Effectively present Supply Chain solutions
• Develop proposals and drive sustained revenue growth
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and strategic partners
• Enhance the visibility of Supply Chain Consulting in the European market, particularly in Italy
• Take ownership of recruitment efforts in alignment with business growth
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent from a prestigious institution in engineering, operations research, supply chain management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• A minimum of 12+ years of experience in the supply chain sector, ideally with expertise in quantitative analysis and decision-making methodologies (consulting experience is a significant advantage).
• A proven track record in business development within the supply chain domain.
• The ability to comprehend client needs, tailor supply chain solutions, and present compelling proposals to prospects.
• Strong networking capabilities within large organizations, such as NTT DATA Italy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English languages.
TOOLS
Experience with planning tools from o9 Solutions, Toolsgroup, and/or BlueYonder is preferred.
