We're eSentio, a technology consulting firm that provides innovative solutions to leading law firms and legal organizations. We're seeking a talented Director of Brand Excellence to lead our marketing efforts and propel our growth within the legal services industry.

About the Position

As a Director of Brand Excellence, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with eSentio's overall business objectives. This includes oversight of all marketing activities, from branding and content creation to digital marketing and public relations.

You'll lead a small marketing team to meet business objectives, manage the overall marketing budget, and demonstrate a strong return on investment for marketing activities. You'll also conduct market research and competitor analysis, stay current with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts and potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 5+ years of marketing experience in a professional services environment. Previous experience working in a marketing director role or equivalent is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities
  • Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Oversight of all marketing activities, including branding, content creation, digital marketing, and public relations.
  • Leadership of a small marketing team to meet business objectives.
  • Management of the overall marketing budget.
  • Demonstration of a strong return on investment for marketing activities.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Staying current with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry contacts and potential clients.
Our Offer

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience.
