Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Analytics & Performance Associate Manager to join our People Development & Culture team. This role will focus on building our talent analytics capabilities and supporting performance management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analytics & Insights Management: Develop and implement data-driven processes to support talent development and performance management. Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate the performance management process, including annual reviews and training programs. Ensure consistent adoption across international locations.
  • Career Management: Design career paths and individual development plans to support employee growth and development.
  • HRIS Management: Ensure alignment between HR processes and Workday system. Manage performance review processes in line with corporate timelines.
  • Recognition Management: Develop recognition programs based on performance analysis and feedback.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance and talent management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting data and suggesting actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • International mindset and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
