This role is responsible for managing the university's globally competitive fellowship programs, providing advising services to students and alumni, and fostering partnerships with various stakeholders to promote international engagement and student development.

**Job Summary:**
The Director of Global Fellowship Programs will oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance the university's fellowship programs, manage application processes, and provide guidance to students and alumni on nationally competitive awards. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the CRF team to create press releases about recipients of national awards and Villanova fellowships milestones, maintain relationships with Villanova fellowships alumni, and represent the office on university committees pertaining to international engagement and student professional development.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the university's globally competitive fellowship programs* Manage internal nomination and application processes, application management systems, applicant tracking, skills development pedagogy, and applicant surveying for nationally competitive awards* Provide advising services to students and alumni on applications for nationally competitive fellowships* Foster partnerships with various stakeholders to promote international engagement and student development* Collaborate with the CRF team to create press releases about recipients of national awards and Villanova fellowships milestones* Maintain relationships with Villanova fellowships alumni and create opportunities for further engagement* Represent the office on university committees pertaining to international engagement and student professional development* Stay up-to-date with changes in nationally competitive fellowship programs and advise the university community accordingly

**Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred* A minimum of three years' experience working with students, staff, and faculty; experience working with the Fulbright U.S. Student Program or similar administrative experience in fellowships* Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively as part of a team* Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle sensitive material and information confidentially* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines* Familiarity with data management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office* Experience supervising Graduate Student Workers (GSW) a plus

**Salary:** Commensurate with experience, estimated salary range $80,000-$110,000 per year based on qualifications and location in Villanova, PA. **Benefits:**
