The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic direction of our site, with a particular emphasis on the NMG project.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Focusing on the NMG project to ensure its successful implementation and alignment with operational frameworks.
  • Providing substantial know-how and insights to sustain current systems while facilitating transition to new ones.
  • Conducting comprehensive analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to strategy implementation, project progress, and performance metrics.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operational strategy, project management, or related roles in manufacturing or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of MES systems, particularly PAS-X, and SAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
