Job Description:

Role Summary:

The Client Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of SKIS ROSSIGNOL SAS. This includes answering product-related requests, advising clients on product selection, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SKIS ROSSIGNOL SAS products, including skis, ski boots, bindings, bikes, spare parts, clothing, and accessories.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Product Training: Deliver product training to internal and external teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and improve customer satisfaction across direct channels at every step of the journey.
  • Aftersales Support: Assist with aftersales support, including resolving customer complaints and providing fast resolution to each client's claim.
  • Project Support: Support projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and overall experience.

Requirements:

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of winter sport equipment, including skis, snowboard, bindings, and sport apparel.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, Italian, and knowledge of French or German preferred.
  • ERP Systems: Knowledge of ERP systems (M3) and Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Ecom Platforms: Knowledge of Ecom platforms and checkout external solution (SFCC, EShopWorld).
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Client-centric mindset with a passion for sport.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
