We are seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager to lead our team at Borgo Santo Pietro, a prestigious five-star luxury boutique hotel in the Tuscan countryside. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a keen eye for detail.

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Front Office team, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with Front Office SOPs and standardized policies, and developing corrective action plans as needed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and maximize financial performance.
  • Providing exceptional guest service, responding to feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance the guest experience.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least two years of experience in a leadership role within Front Office, with a focus on service quality.
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Front Office operational procedures and channel management.
