We seek a dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our team at Borgo Santo Pietro, a renowned five-star hotel nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Front Office Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and adherence to Borgo Santo Pietro standards.
  • Develop and implement training plans to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain the highest levels of luxury service and display outstanding hospitality skills.
  • Collaborate with employees to achieve a positive and productive work environment.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests. Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in a leadership role within Front Office, focusing on service quality.
  • Fluent English and Italian.

Borgo Santo Pietro offers a competitive package, including food and accommodation. This is a seasonal contract, from April 2024 to November 2024.
