We're a leader in prestige beauty with a growing portfolio of coveted brands, and we're looking for talented individuals to help us shape the future of our company.

What's in it for you?

As a Key Account Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our key account executive to manage customer portfolios, monitor trade and sell-out activity, and support marketing and sales initiatives. You'll be responsible for preparing and maintaining files for new product launches, monitoring launch progress, and entering new orders. You'll also collaborate with our marketing and Mac Artist & Coach teams to define and implement ad hoc promotional activities for individual customers.

The Role

As a Key Account Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our key account executive to:

  • Prepare and maintain files for new product launches
  • Monitor launch progress and enter new orders
  • Monitor trade and sell-out activity
  • Support and collaborate with Marketing and Mac Artist & Coach in the definition and implementation of ad hoc promotional activities for individual customers
  • Perform back-office activities, including returns management, order entry, stock verification, and analysis, reporting, and planning activities
Requirements
  • Data analysis skills
  • Excellent Excel knowledge
  • Excellent PowerPoint knowledge
  • Ability to relate and work in groups
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • SAP knowledge will be considered a plus
