Objectifs du Titre Professionnel :

Le Titre Professionnel Assistant Manager d'Unité Marchande (AMUM) a pour objectif de former au développement de l'efficacité commerciale d'une unité marchande dans un environnement omnicanal et à l'animation d'une équipe.

Caractéristiques du parcours :

Le Titre Professionnel est composé de deux blocs de compétences dénommés certificats de compétences professionnelles (CCP) qui correspondent aux activités précédemment énumérées :

  • Développer l'efficacité commerciale d'une unité marchande dans un environnement omnicanal
  • Animer l'équipe d'une unité marchande

Accompagnement des personnes en situation de handicap :

Le centre de formation h 3 O est engagé dans une démarche d'inclusion, qui se matérialise par un accompagnement des personnes en situation de handicap à travers :

  • la mise à disposition de locaux et de salles de formation accessibles,
  • des outils pédagogiques adaptés aux personnes en situation d'handicap,
  • une équipe sensible et disponible.

Informations pratiques :

Durée : 9 mois (294 heures)

Rythme de formation :

  • 3 jours consécutifs par mois en centre de formation
  • ateliers supplémentaires si apprentissage

Statut : Salarié

Type de contrat : CDI, Contrat de professionnalisation ou d'apprentissage en CDD

Rémunération : Selon type de contrat et grille de rémunération de l'entreprise

Financement : Financement des coûts pédagogiques possible par l'OPCO de l'entreprise
