Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing to lead our Italian marketing strategy. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will define and drive key OKRs and metrics, working closely with our General Manager and cross-functional teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our brand and driving business growth in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Italian marketing strategy, aligning with our global marketing goals and OKRs.
  • Lead paid marketing efforts, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization, working closely with our IT performance agency.
  • Coordinate and implement SEO strategies and organic marketing activities to drive website traffic and engagement.
  • Develop and execute brand and PR concepts, ensuring successful execution in the Italian market.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage marketing agency partners, defining goals, initiating projects, and ensuring target achievement.
  • Oversee marketing budget, analyzing and optimizing costs to drive maximum ROI.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a senior marketing manager, either in-house or agency-side.
  • Proven expertise in paid and organic marketing, brand building, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Marketing Platforms, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio, and Google Analytics.
  • Native-level Italian and fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to influence and network with external and internal stakeholders, across functions and regions.
