Key Responsibilities
- Programme Management: Manage your programmes, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and delivery.
- Data Analysis: Utilize internal reporting tools to analyze data reports and identify root causes, providing actionable insights to inform safety-related decisions.
- Health and Safety Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support for health and safety projects and policies, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and regulatory requirements.
- Technical Equipment Improvement: Drive programmes to improve technical equipment specifications and designs, enhancing workplace safety and efficiency.
- Travel and Collaboration: Travel within the region to collaborate with teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing.
A Day in the Life
This is an exciting and varied role, allowing you to contribute to multiple aspects of our safety culture. You'll manage health and safety standards, improve functionality and efficiency, and lead your team in implementing changes in response to employee feedback or seizing opportunities for process improvements.
