About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Logistics Shift Leader to join our Mantua warehouse team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse that will handle logistics services for our client adidas and serve 19 countries across Eastern and Southern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate warehouse activities to satisfy customers' needs and requests while utilizing space, equipment, and labor effectively.
  • Manage workloads, allocate resources, and ensure team delivers against their KPIs.
  • Recommend improvements to program operations and interact with other Contract Logistics Shift Leaders to organize staff and activities.
  • Ensure proper archiving of papers and documents.
  • Lead by example and support team members in achieving their career goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree, or equivalent experience and training.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within relevant companies in the industry.
  • Native Italian proficiency, at least higher intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Possession of a Driver License and knowledge of the MS Office package.
