Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to join our team at Flowserve Corporation. As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of warranty, service, and repair contracts, as well as expanding and exploring the service potential to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service team to meet client demands and business processes.
- Act as the main contact for customers from service order arrival to contract execution and billing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and assess risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support a positive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture to reduce lost time injuries and maintain a safe work environment.
- Optimize operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to after-market services.
- Support existing customers and acquire new customers in coordination with the sales department.
- Coordinate all warranty for FCD products within the sub-region and liaise with other Quick Response Centres (QRCs) worldwide.
- Provide first-line supervision to Field Service Technicians to manage daily priorities.
- Perform field visits, assessments, and conclude service contracts.
- Monitor and ensure the profitability of the after-market department.
Requirements:
- University studies in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to communicate with colleagues in an international environment.
- Basic plant and process knowledge of valves and actuators.
- Proficient in all testing requirements for valves, actuators, and positioners.
- Several years of professional and management experience, preferably in service and customer support.
- Very good written and spoken English skills and willingness to travel extensively.
- High quality awareness, commitment, and flexibility.
- Proficient computer skills for accessing and navigating systems, including Oracle, SAP, and other software.
