Overview

We are looking for skilled Consultants to engage with the Italian market. As a Consultant at Arthur D. Little, you will be responsible for managing significant aspects of client projects under the guidance of your case manager.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Navigating complex situations and addressing client challenges by formulating actionable and valuable recommendations.
  • Conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesizing data from various primary and secondary sources.
  • Communicating effectively with global management leaders and preparing concise summaries.
  • Independently planning, executing, and finalizing deliverables.
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to office operations by leading or participating in internal initiatives.

Required Qualifications

As a prospective Consultant, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree (preferably in Engineering or Economics) with a strong academic record from a prestigious institution.
  • At least three years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry experience, ideally complemented by an MBA.
  • Exceptional academic performance from top-tier universities.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in solving problems under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in developing and executing business strategies that involve quantitative analysis, market research, and conducting both primary and secondary research.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, extensive industry knowledge, and keen business insight.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for impactful presentations.
