Your Role:

Step into our team as an Outbound CRM Strategy Lead and collaborate with our energetic Marketing division. Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, you will bring creativity and analytical insight to manage our campaigns, with a particular emphasis on the Outbound channel in close coordination with our Customer Center. Prepare to explore new horizons and transform raw data into effective strategies that engage our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning of outbound campaigns, working alongside the Customer Center to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Oversee automated campaigns by establishing and maintaining outbound flows to deliver timely messages.
  • Collaborate with the campaign execution team and the Customer Center to develop campaign briefs and manage the entire process with precision.
  • Engage in strategic meetings to gather insights on offers, promotions, and tactical needs from various markets and corporate sectors.
  • Plan and execute Direct Email Marketing (DEMs) for customers in alignment with the overarching CRM strategy, partnering with the DEM Campaign Manager.

Performance Optimization:

  • Concentrate on enhancing customer portfolios in collaboration with the Customer Center to align with outbound service and CRM strategies.
  • Track outbound KPIs and analyze CRM customer data to refine outbound campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
