About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Italian Marketing Team in Rome. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies, working closely with the International Marketing team to create synergies and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the International Marketing team to create greater synergies and drive business growth.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analysis tools (Excel, Python, PowerBi) and provide insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Master's degree in economics or a related field (quantitative oriented).
  • Knowledge of main marketing channels and related best practices.
  • Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage people and bring out talents.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, PowerBi) to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in English.
