About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Italian Marketing Team in Rome. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content, analyzing data, and optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the International Marketing team to create synergies and align marketing efforts.
  • Analyze data using web analytics tools like Google Analytics to inform marketing decisions.
  • Utilize data analysis tools (Excel, Python, PowerBi) to optimize campaign performance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Master's degree in economics or a related field (quantitative orientation).
  • Knowledge of main marketing channels and best practices.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and data analysis software.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage people and bring out talents.
  • Proficient in English.
