We are seeking a highly skilled Insights Manager to join our team at Imperial Brands PLC. As an Insights Manager, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop insights to address their questions.
  • Lead the development of insights projects, including designing research studies, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, marketing teams, and sales organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in consumer insights and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in consumer insights, market research, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Fluency in English is a must, and fluency in Italian is a plus.
