Key Responsibilities:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in service or consulting sectors, with a solid understanding of sales processes; Strong interest in consulting services, particularly in Human Resources and Organizational Development; Proficiency in both Italian and English, both written and spoken; Highly organized and adaptable, with a systematic and pragmatic work style; Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; Familiarity with essential IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Suite; Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively; Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
