We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our pre-opening team at a luxury lifestyle hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pastry production and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastry dishes in accordance with our hotel's standards and recipes.
  • Work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef to ensure efficient and effective pastry production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and innovations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high-end culinary environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry production techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
