About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our pastry kitchen, you'll be responsible for supporting the preparation of sweet and savory items, as well as maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of sweet and savory items, including pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation in all pastry items
  • Work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to develop new recipes and menus
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
