About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our pastry team, you'll be responsible for supporting the preparation of sweet and savory items, including pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts. You'll work closely with our Executive Pastry Chef to ensure that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

What You'll Do:

As a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the preparation of sweet and savory items, including pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts
  • Working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to ensure that every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, including proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Ensuring that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures and that food is rotated and dated as required
  • Providing exceptional service to our guests, including responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed-term contract. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in Italian.
