Our suite of tools includes a Property Management System (PMS), Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and numerous additional features designed to streamline operations and enhance efficiency for hoteliers.

Role Overview

We welcome candidates with multilingual capabilities: proficiency in Italian, Spanish, English, and French is advantageous.


• Engage with hoteliers via phone and email, acting as their dedicated problem solver.


• Manage follow-ups on registrations and address any complaints.


• Enhance commercial relationships with hotel partners.


• Support the Customer Service Task Force Team as needed.


• Verify OTA extranets and follow up on outstanding resolution items.


• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients connecting to the channel manager.


• Assist the Accounting Manager Task Force Team to bolster customer retention and maintain portfolio health.

Required Qualifications


• Prior experience in front office roles within OTAs or Tour Operators is essential.


• Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply: proficiency in Italian, English, and Spanish is preferred.


• Strong organizational skills are necessary; the ideal candidate will manage substantial data volumes and utilize various software applications.


• Proficiency in computer applications is required, including the MS Office suite and Gmail (Gdocs, Gcalendar, Gsites).


• Self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively are essential attributes.


• Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a university agreement in place.

Additional Information

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift (including a lunch break). Weekend shifts may be required based on operational needs.
