Job Summary

We are seeking a multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hoteliers, resolving issues, and improving relationships. Fluency in Italian is required, with additional proficiency in Spanish, English, or French a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with hoteliers via phone and email to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Follow up on registrations and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hoteliers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Task Force Team as needed to achieve shared goals.
  • Verify and follow up on resolution items in OTA's extranet.
  • Onboard new customers on channel manager connections and provide training as needed.
  • Assist with Accounting Manager tasks to improve customer retention and portfolio maintenance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in front office operations in OTA and/or Tour Operator environments.
  • Fluency in Italian, with additional proficiency in English, Spanish, or French.
  • Proficiency in MS Office package and Gmail (Gdocs, Gcalendar, Gsites).
  • Self-motivation and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, with a lunch break. We offer a competitive salary of 1100 Euro/month, plus stable hiring prospects. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in the Eternal City.
