About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Manager to join our team at Sircle Collection. As a key member of our luxury hospitality team, you will be responsible for driving membership acquisition and retention, building and maintaining relationships with influential individuals, and delivering exceptional service to our esteemed members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Membership Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-end members, focusing on the luxury market, fashion, design, art, and our top-notch gym and spa offerings.
  • Network and Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain a robust network of influential individuals within Milan's elite social circles, leveraging connections to enhance the membership experience.
  • Strategic Mindset: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that elevate the club's brand presence and attract new members.
  • Member Events: Oversee the planning and execution of member events, ensuring seamless coordination and flawless execution, while also integrating opportunities for members to experience our wellbeing program.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in leadership roles within the luxury market, preferably in membership management or hospitality.
  • Proven expertise in VIP handling, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering unparalleled service.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Italian.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills, with the agility to adapt to dynamic environments and evolving member needs.
