About the Role:
Celonis is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Enterprise Sales team in Italy. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives and driving sales growth in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, manage, and develop strong sales talent to drive individual AE success and foster a great team spirit.
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory with great control and forecast accuracy.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets through landing new logos and expanding our customer base in the assigned segment/industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships for strong executive alignment and proactive account management.
- Support the team to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives to drive incremental revenue growth.
- Effectively communicate the Celonis industry-specific value proposition through proposals and presentations and enable the team to do the same with high quality and deep domain knowledge.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with Partners, i.e., Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
- Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team.
