The RoleWe are seeking travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service to join our depot in Fiumicino Airport (Fontignani) - Rome. As the face of our company, you will report directly to the Branch's Operations Supervisor, ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and managing issues to guarantee smooth depot operation.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
- Prepare and clean campervans;
- Maintain campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs;
- Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments;
- Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.
- You are a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
- You are fluent in English and Italian (mandatory);
- You are eligible to work in Italy, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan (mandatory);
- You are available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- You are a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
- You are well-organized and good at solving problems.
