Product Care Sales Representative

Imagine working for a company that's revolutionizing human health through genomics. As a Product Care Sales Representative at Illumina, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's expanding access to genomic technology and making a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer sales processes for Italy and Spain-based accounts, utilizing our CRM database to contact existing customers via phone and email.
- Meet sales targets and maintain accurate forecasting, lead, customer details, and up-to-date opportunity information in the CRM database.
- Engage with existing customers and qualified sales leads, guiding them to Illumina's service products that best meet their needs, coordinating with internal resources to address customer questions or objections, providing budgetary pricing, creating and submitting individualized quotes, and closing the sales process through the point of order receipt.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team in Italy and Spain.
- Establish and maintain strong, positive, productive relationships with customer accounts, including product end-users, management, and purchasing contacts.
- Track and report on all activities to managers.
- Potential to conduct occasional field visits as required to advance opportunities.
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
- Proven successful sales experience with a technical product line is a plus, but other sales experience will be considered.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving team sales performance metrics.
- Detail-oriented and able to focus in a fast-paced environment.
- A BSc in a relevant scientific subject is preferred.
