Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and developing the hotels' customer portfolio
* Exhibiting in-depth knowledge of the local area by proactively identifying, handling, and developing local sales relationships
* Assisting the business in leading all day-to-day sales activities with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships
* Supporting the Event Departments by identifying and securing possible sales opportunities
* Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery
* Supporting our properties in all sales activities and projects
* Coordinating with the Head Office sales team and with the other hotels' sales teams
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality
* An exceptional ability to inspire people with our concept
* Proven work experience in the role (at least 3 years)
* Strong knowledge of the assigned area
* Proactive mind-set and positive thinking
* Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
* Versatility in handling various work scenarios
* Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus
