Job Title: Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Globalblue_It. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing global compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Compensation: Design project-specific performance and retention incentive plans, and support global initiatives, including the Annual Salary Review.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensure compensation data contained in Workday is updated in a timely manner by HRBP's globally, following the completion of the annual pay review and throughout the year.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee group arrangements in place for pension providers and review the provision on a regular basis.
  • Financial Reporting: Gather data to support the production of the annual compensation report and ensure consistent payroll reporting to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
  • Global Mobility: Support the Group CBP in devising and implementing a global mobility policy for Global Blue.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that relevant policies and processes are in place to comply with regulations, evaluate and assess any gaps to the Group CBP.

Requirements:

  • Strong Knowledge of Compensation Processes: Experience of managing and running payroll, with a strong knowledge of compensation processes, especially for executive compensation and equity plans for global listed companies.
  • International Experience: Experience within a compensation and benefits role with an international remit, with a solid knowledge of payroll and benefits, ideally international.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent communication written and oral in English, with a collaborative approach to work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday.
