We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Scalapay. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver data and market insights to cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and identify sales opportunities.
- Suggest improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth and assess the competitive context.
- Define problems and strategic solutions, including scoping, analyzing, preparing, and presenting strategy checks.
- Elaborate and maintain product price lists aligned with the company's strategy and develop an in-depth understanding of our business and external market forces.
- Elaborate sales variable incentive schemes and develop and implement sales processes for sales teams, specialists, and other representatives.
- Support the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials.
- Build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, including influencing executives.
- Manage the overall sales tech stack, including Hubspot, to increase sales process efficiency and maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
- 4+ years' tenure in a recognized strategy consulting business.
- BSc/MSc in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (if you have an MBA, it would be considered a strong plus).
- Proven experience in applying strategic frameworks, sales operations, business analysis, and/or sales support management.
- Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
