Transforming Sales with Scalapay

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in understanding the BNPL business environment, interpreting market trends, and engaging directly with customers to understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the business strategy and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Act as a bridge between the market and the Sales team, supporting Sales with business cases.
- Deliver data and market insights to cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.
- Identify sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends.
- Assess the competitive context and build a market share watchlist of main competitors in Italy, France, and Spain.
- Define problems and strategic solutions, scoping, analyzing, preparing, and presenting strategy checks.
- Elaborate and maintain product price lists aligned with the company's strategy.
- Develop and implement sales processes for sales teams, specialists, and other representatives.
- Support the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials.
- Build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4+ years' tenure in a recognized strategy consulting business.
- BSc/MSc in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA considered a strong plus).
- Proven experience in applying strategic frameworks, sales operations, business analysis, and/or sales support management.
- Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
