Role Overview

MotorK is a leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe, specializing in the automotive sector. We are seeking a talented Junior Operations Assistant to join our Sales team in Milan.

The Junior Operations Assistant will provide administrative support to the Country Manager, assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations, and work on Excel reports using pivot tables and analyzing sales data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Country Manager with administrative tasks
  • Assisting with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Working on Excel reports using pivot tables and analyzing sales data
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is received and presented to customers
  • Interacting with the Sales department and supporting with back-office activities
  • Managing relationships with different business units (Legal, Finance, Delivery)
  • Taking charge of sales queries and requests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial fast-paced environment
  • Academic background in Economics or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of the digital sector
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • English fluency and Native Italian language proficiency
  • Previous experience supporting Management (ideal)
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pick up information quickly

Work pattern and location:

  • Internship, 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid (2-3 times a week in the office)
  • Office based in Milano, near Lambrate station
