Are you passionate about making a significant impact? As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our market presence in the Human Milk sector. You will engage with healthcare professionals and families, influencing both hospital and retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and profitability in your assigned area, in line with corporate goals. Foster market growth and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee existing accounts in hospitals, pharmacies, and retail outlets. Create strategic plans that align with the company's objectives. Enhance the visibility of the Medela brand through increased sales efforts. Identify and leverage business opportunities within key accounts, including NICUs and healthcare professionals. Develop and execute Customer Account Plans to improve business efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

A degree in Business, Science, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated sales experience, particularly in the medical device industry. Proven success in product and business management. Experience in developing business cases and conducting cost analyses. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Competencies:

Self-driven, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset. Strong commercial, sales, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and networking capabilities. Customer-focused approach. Proactive in problem-solving and decision-making. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Fluency in Italian and English is essential. A valid Italian driving license is required.
