About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and creative Commis de Partie to work alongside our experienced culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing food items for guest orders, ensuring consistent quality and presentation standards. You'll work closely with our Sous Chefs, Restaurant Chef, and Executive Chef to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, manage food inventory, and develop and mentor the team.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare food items for guest orders, following recipe cards and production standards.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety protocols.
  • Manage food inventory, including dating and rotating perishables.
  • Develop and mentor the team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and offers a fixed-term contract. Please note that this role includes night shifts within the weekly schedule. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
