Our team of over 400 digital experts, including digital consultants, tracking and media specialists, engineers, and data scientists, work in close collaboration to provide senior-level marketing consultancy and technical support to our clients worldwide.

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Analytics Consultant to join our Milan-based consulting team. This is a varied role that spans website architecture, UX analysis, media advisory, and digital strategy. As a Consultant at fifty-five, you will work on marketing analytics and marketing activations, focusing on data collection, customer acquisition, onsite conversion optimization, and media-mix optimization.

You will play a key role in delivering fifty-five's data-led projects to multiple big-brand clients across industries such as luxury, automotive, retail, and beauty. These projects will be driven by client objectives, and you will be required to promote a customer-centric vision of digital marketing, based on the systematic and methodical use of data to support decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes for various projects in the Ad Tech and Web Analytics space, working in a client-facing position, supported by a team of technical specialists.
  • Meet client requirements within agreed deadlines, keeping track of necessary tasks for each project and liaising with relevant owners internally and externally; foreseeing and escalating issues/risks as appropriate.
  • Develop a sharp, operational expertise regarding web analytics and media-buy topics.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in web/marketing analytics (preferably as a business analyst/data analyst/marketing analyst or with experience in paid media buying).
  • Familiarity with the Google stack.
  • Analytical mindset, keen to apply data to challenges.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, with good organization.
  • A confident presenter.
  • Curious and eager to learn, able to challenge and recommend solutions to problems.
  • Flexible, versatile, and works well under pressure.
  • Collaborative, works well in a team, understands that the sum of our parts is better than the individual.
  • Strong interest in new marketing technologies and the digital industry.
  • Interest in working in a small, growing team.
