Responsabilità principali
- Fornire supporto ai clienti tramite telefono, e-mail, chat e altri canali;
- Gestire le prenotazioni, le modifiche e le cancellazioni, assicurandosi che le richieste dei clienti siano soddisfatte in modo tempestivo ed efficiente;
- Risolvere eventuali problemi o lamentele in modo professionale;
- Collaborare con i vari reparti interni per assicurare un flusso di informazioni corretto e aggiornato;
Requisiti
- Diploma di scuola superiore (preferibilmente in ambito turistico o affini);
- Esperienza pregressa nel servizio clienti;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- Orientamento al cliente e problem-solving;
